Eden Hotel Group expands rollout of Quadriga’s Genesis solution across the Netherlands - 12-06-2008

The Eden Hotel Group has signed a framework agreement with Quadriga to install Genesis, the market leading digital-IP based hotel entertainment and internet solution in all of their hotels across the Netherlands. With 13 hotels and almost 1500 rooms now under contract with Quadriga, the Eden Hotel Group has committed to install Genesis in all newly acquired properties up until 2009 as the group expands.

The decision to extend The Eden Hotel Group’s agreement with Quadriga, the number one provider of entertainment and internet solutions for the hotel industry across Europe and the Middle East, was influenced by several factors. Satisfaction with Genesis and its performance in the initially installed three hotels was a prime consideration along with the range of guest services and quality of content offered and the security and support provided by Quadriga’s unique Network Operating Centre.

Featuring the latest Hollywood releases and a growing selection of country specific content, Genesis offers Blockbusters, Hollywood Greats, Kids and Short content, all delivered via satellite to ensure guests enjoy the most up-to-date content as possible – and with content available in a wide range of languages the Eden Hotel Group is able to choose from a selection of content packages to meet specific guest profiles across its hotels. In addition, laptop computer users will benefit from high speed internet access using either a wired connection in the room or WiFi in public areas.

The Eden Hotel Group, founded in 1977, is a Dutch family owned company operating 3 and 4 star city-centre hotels and restaurants in the Netherlands, targeted at both the Dutch home market and the international traveller.
