Roger Taylor (CEO)

Roger Taylor joined Quadriga in 2008 as adviser to the group's board of directors, was formally appointed to the board as a non-executive director in 2010 and appointed CEO in 2011. Roger brings with him over 15 years of growth focused experience. Prior to his appointment as CEO, Roger has held a number of senior positions at Pension Corporation and Close Brothers plc, has worked both in the UK and US and qualified as an accountant with Arthur Andersen. At Close Brothers he was a director in the M&A and Restructuring group where he helped build the consumer products team. At Pension Corporation he was a Partner with responsibilities including corporate and business development, as well as the management of a number of operating asset investments which included the technology business of telent UK and telent Gmbh, as well as Quadriga. Roger has an MA in Land Economy from Cambridge University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Marc Budie (Technology Director)

Marc Budie joined Quadriga in 1997 as Technical Product Manager and has worked for Quadriga in senior management positions for more than 5 years. Marc's extensive knowledge and experience of both the hotel sector and interactive digital technology has seen him promoted quickly through the company: from being responsible for research, for development, manager of the technology team, and today to Quadriga's Technology Director. Marc brings with him 20 years of technical industry experience. In previous roles Marc pioneered a full interactive TV system installed widely throughout the Benelux region and played an active role in developing the technology behind Quadriga's internet offer. He has worked in technology and development roles for software companies such as Volmac (now Cap Gemini), and has built up enviable networking and software development and delivery experience in a variety of markets.

Jonathan Hull (Finance Director)

Jonathan Hull joined Quadriga in 2009 as Finance Director from UNITE plc, a FTSE 250 real estate company. Prior to this Jonathan had held a number of senior management roles in Vodafone and EON Energy. As a result Jonathan has extensive senior finance experience including a number of significant achievements in finance functional transformation, strategic financial planning, performance management, management information and funding strategy. In addition to responsibility for the Finance function Jonathan also leads the Pricing and Group HR teams.

Paul Wilson (Supply Chain and Content Director)

Paul Wilson joined Quadriga in 2004 as Head of Supply Chain and today is responsible for the company’s total supply chain, including all strategic sourcing, partnerships and logistics, and all of the entertainment content delivered to hotel customers. Additionally Paul is responsible for Quadriga’s revenue management initiatives, as well as all Health and Safety matters for the company.  Paul brings with him 20 years of multi-national operational and supply chain expertise across a wide range of industries. In previous roles Paul has worked in the USA, France, Netherlands and the UK. He has worked in operational and supply chain roles for a range of companies spanning manufacturing, IT and telecommunications industries, such as ICI, torageTek and Broadband Services Inc. Immediately prior to joining Quadriga, Paul was based in the USA for 2 years and held the position of VP Customer Care and Operations responsible for implementing a major supply chain re-engineering project for one of the largest cable TV providers in the USA.. Paul has a degree in Polymer Engineering and is a Member of the Institute of Transport and Logistics.

Gary Marsh (Operations Director)

Gary Marsh joined Quadriga in May 2003 as European Service Operations Manager and holds a key position on Quadriga’s Senior Management Team. Gary has brought to Quadriga extensive knowledge and experience of the Customer Service industry and with his team has been responsible for the introduction of the NOC (Network Operating Centre) enhanced Regional Customer Service and Quality processes and the introduction of customer focused Service Level Agreements. Prior to joining Quadriga, Gary spent many years at Motorola Computer Group and latterly held a Senior European Management position directing their Global Services & Solutions Division, providing key services to the embedded Telecommunications industry. Whilst at Motorola Gary was actively involved in mobile / wireless Sales activity in the Middle East.

Cyril Tarizzo (Group Sales Director)

Cyril joined Quadriga Worldwide in August 2007 as a Global Accounts Director, looking after the Accor group of hotels. He was subsequently promoted to Director - Global Accounts with responsibility for a team of Global Account Directors, managing large global customers including Marriott, InterContinental, Starwood and Accor. In May 2011, Cyril was promoted to Group Sales Director, with responsibility for all sales activities across the organisation.
Cyril brought with him more than 15 years sales and business development experience, in which time he held a number of European positions with Swiss company, Minibar, including latterly, Director of Sales and Operations, where he worked closely with leading international hotel customers to optimise their product offer and grow revenues. He has a degree in Electronics from the University of Toulon and an MBA from IMD.
